Handling fee

Items requiring special handling are items that are heavy or over-sized, or items that should be handled specially when shipping will be charge this fee. Handling fee will not be charged with regular orders.

Bank transfer fee

when arranging the bank remittance.

Import Fee Unpaid

* You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

* Additional charges of tax and import duties are calculated according to the product price and shipping fee written on the invoice. As the way * additional charges are calculated differ among countries.

Delivery method

* Express shipping service (USPS) - only available for orders to USA, weighing leass than 450g
* Small Packet Service(ePacket - Thailandpost) - The Small Packet Service is only available for orders weighing less than 2 kg.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is estimated about 7-14 days after shipment in ASIA ZONE, and 7-21 days in USA ZONE

We accept apyments via Stripe. All major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, American Express, JCB) are accepted.

Return and Refund Policy

* Any return or refund due to customers will no be accepted.

* If the products are broken during transportation, or they're nor like as description

please contact us within 3 days after arrival for refund or replacement process.

We ship worldwide from Samut Sakhon, Thailand. Please check available countries from "Chulimare shipping zone" section below.

1. Express shipping (USPS) Air mail

available for USA zone (except Guam State) and order weighning less than 450g.

2. International ePacket - Air mail

Small orders under 2kg will be sent through Epacket Packages are sent by airmail. take 7-21 days depend on destination. Tracking service and insurance about 1500 Baht (about 35$ ) are available for some countries.

Processing Times

We make effort to pack and ship your order by a couple business days (7 days a week) , while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged. For larger orders, we may ask some leading time for the production & delivery. The processing times will be informed you via email. You will be able to choose your shipping method at the time of checkout.

Customs Charges/Import Duties

For international orders, any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot alter Customs forms to indicate “Gift” status or otherwise. Complete invoices will be enclosed in the packages as postal and import/ export regulations require.
