Must have Item for UV Resin craft projects :  UV-LED lamp

(UV nail lamps in other name)

 

UV-LED lamps is an upgrade from normal UV lamps. they work in same way, UV-LED produce a narrower, more specific wavelength ranges that specific for UV-LED resin that’s why they can cure faster! and LED beads have lifetime about 50,000 hrs !  

 

To curing UV-LED resin, we need to have “UV-LED lamps” or normal nail lamps in the market. But,there is no need to use high power wattages.  Good resin will cure complete even you use lower power lamps like 6-9W ! and how of low power which benefits the work and prevents it from being overheat. Weak items, like dried flowers and leaves, can be dried mildly under this low wattage lamps.

 

Okay, We will talk about the 3 lamps we would recommend together. Each has different strengths. Which one is suitable for our job?   Let's take a look at these factors before choosing.

- Sizing

your projects sizing is the first priority to discuss. If you are a beginner, your projects are small like keychain, jewelry accessories or do resin jobs not often, you may choose the small lamp one. But if you work large items, speed run works or curing many items at once, you will need a bigger one and havenore high wattage.

 

- your works style

your work style will need a different of lamps. If you are mold-projects maker, which have depth, need to do layers, you may need high power lamps  to save your time.  But if you have a serious gentle care of items like flowers, glitters  you will need a lower power lamp to save them from burned and torsion.

but in fact, many Uv resin  artists work with a wide variety of resins. Therefore, there should be two sizes of lamps, which can be use according to the type of works.
